My name is Chelsea Keen, and I am a career coach with a heart for helping go-getters like you look forward to Monday morning. I want you to lead a life where you shine through your strengths on a daily basis.
I can 100% relate to feeling lost, directionless, and discouraged in the workplace. Through a series of unfulfilling and honestly, ironic roles (I worked with student-athletes but had ZERO interest in sports), I discovered my deep passion for career development and have never looked back.
Since then, I have coached hundreds of individuals and helped them snag positions in top-tier consulting firms, businesses, social justice organizations, universities, nonprofits, and more. I have received praise for my unique ability to blend actionable strategies with motivating encouragement.
Along with being a career coach, I am also a wife and mom to the most precious little boy ever. My faith is the most central part of who I am and why I feel called to serve others with the gifts God has given me.
When I’m not geeking out over career development podcasts, you can find me carefully balancing my love of fitness with my love of Moose Tracks ice cream. I enjoy a nice glass of pinot grigio, and I value self-awareness, efficiency, and kindness.
While I am SUCH a planner, my favorite phrase is, “If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans” because I believe whole-heartedly that God’s plans for us are far better than any we could dream for ourselves.
